As is often the case at the annual NAMM Show, I was walking passed a both on the final day and the CHinese company there offered to sell me this clarinet (which I had picked up to try) for about $150. They actually had two and would have sold them both to me. This is an inexpensive plastic clarinet, but completely playable. I have only used it a few times.
