Comments:
During my father's tenure consulting with Kawai in Hamamatsu, Japan, I had the occasion to join him on several trips. I was working with him at the time. I saw these little three-octave analogue synthesizers there on many occasions and eventually they gave me this one. The 100-F is a very basic analog subtractive monophonic synthesis machine. I used this one mostly as a keyboard base when I used to perform as a one-man band along with my Wurlitzer electric piano, Arp 2600 synthesizer, and Lowrey Maestro rhythm unit It has no MIDI so nowadays it sits in my studio closet.
